• Mobile phone number (for OTP verification)
• Name (first and last)
• Email address (if signing in via Google or Apple)

Location Data:

• Your approximate location to show nearby vendors.
• We only access location while the app is in use.
• We never track your location in the background.

Usage Data:

• Vendors you view, save, or search for.
• App features you use.
• Device type and operating system.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To show you relevant vendors near your location.
• To save your favourite vendors and recent views.
• To send you notifications (only if you opt in).
• To improve the app based on usage patterns.
• We never sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers to operate the app:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider.
• Firebase — for phone number OTP verification.
• Google/Apple — if you use their respective Sign-In methods.
• Google Maps — to display maps in the app.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Your account data is retained as long as your account is active.
• You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting hello@seardi.com.
• Location data is not stored — it is only used in real time.

7. Children's Privacy

Seardi is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
