Seardi is a hyperlocal discovery platform that helps users find street vendors, local services, and informal businesses near them. Seardi is operated by Kunal Goyal, Gurugram, India.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Seardi app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid Indian mobile number or Google/Apple account to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Seardi.
• One account per person is allowed.

4. Use of the App

You agree not to:

• Use Seardi for any unlawful purpose.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent vendor information.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or vendors.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data.

5. Vendor Listings

• Seardi displays both real vendor listings and preview/dummy vendor data.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any vendor.
• Seardi is a discovery platform and is not responsible for transactions between users and vendors.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Seardi is owned by Seardi. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Seardi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or vendor-related disputes.

8. Privacy

Your use of Seardi is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at seardi.com/privacy-policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
